Susannah Cooke Singletary
The following information on Susannah Cooke was found in First Settlers of Piscataway and Woodbridge, Olde East New Jersey, by Orra Eugene Monette, p. 501.
“Richard Singletary married for his second wife (Goodwife Singletary having died in 1638/9) Susannah Cooke, who was a sister of Phillip Cooke of Cambridge, Mass."
Phillip Cooke was a proprietor at Cambridge in 1646, was made freeman May 26 1647, and when he died he left a will. (Ref. Paige’s History of Cambridge, page 514) His will was dated July 18, 1666 and was probated April 2nd 1667. Bequests included:
  wife Mary,
 eldest son Samuel,
"youngest children to be placed in family of friends and relatives if his wife approved.
John, age 3, TO HIS SISTER SINGLETARY OF HAVERHILL.
Phillip, age 5, to Richard Eccles
Hannah, age 9, to John Cooper.
All to be brought up in Christian nurture, and some honest employment."
This will of Phillip Cooke proves the relationship to Susannah Cooke since the latter was living in Haverhill in 1666 with her husband, Richard Singletary
