We need to have an additional person who can access the Wells Fargo bank account. This topic is for discussion of this agenda item.

I believe that we need a second person that will have access to the
account - should it be required - in case the Treasurer is not able
to provide access the account. This is a backup position with no
ongoing duties but does require them to have access to our Bank -
Wells Fargo Bank and to complete a signature card.

Yes Trudy volunteered. I wasn't sure if "geographic" access to a Wells Fargo bank was required. There are several Wells Fargo banks near where I live and work; I do not currently have a Wells Fargo account however.
