Should we have a Board member designated to coordinate the DNA Project? I was thinking that we had someone so designated, but I did not see it listed on the January 2014 Board list.

I think it is important to spread out the roles and responsibilities among our various Board members when feasible

John Duguid is the DNA project coordinator. We need to get an update report from him. e.g. number of new participants, etc.

DNA results show a match between a man living in England and the Deacon John Dunham line. Based on research done by Gratia last year, and a request for a DNA sample from a man thought to be a descendant of one of the brothers of Deacon John Dunham, a match has been found. More research on the line of this English Dunham will be done over the next year.

Jeff - thanks. That was my understanding, but I thought that John was also on the Board. Guess I was wrong. Thanks for posting the request for an update.
