I was searching for the grave of my great-great grandfather along with his wife and two children. William A. Dunham, a ship captain originally from St George, NB, Canada is buried in a small town, Northumberland, NH. I made contact with a woman on findagrave.com who had recorded many graves in the area and asked her where they might be. Within a couple of hours - she sent me photos and had them entered in the database. I offered to send her some $$ to compensate her for her time. She would not take it...

Info and pics of the gravestones can be found here...

So, a big thank you to Shirley in NH.

And by the way, it turns out she is a deacon john dunham descendant too... Sometimes a small world - and a nicer world it is due to nice folks like Shirley.
